Deliveries
Our deliveries will be delivered by our third party partners. Our customers will receive confirmation emails once the courier has your parcel. This will also include details of your delivery. Deliveries will typically reach our customers between 2-5 working days once the courier has collected the order. All details will be sent via emails. If you have received an email with stated timeframes which have not been met, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue further.
Costs
MINIMUM ORDER IS £400.
Cost of delivery is charged at £9.99 orders below £500. Any orders which is £500 or more will be offered free delivery. There are no other charges in terms of delivery to the customer. Once dispatch
confirmation emails have been sent, the cost of delivery is non-refundable.
Returns
We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items.
Any shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 5 working days via email info@develepenterprises.co.uk. All claims shall be waived if they fall outside this timescale.
Faulty goods may need to be returned to us, along with a returns form, for inspection. Any returns are at your own cost and you will be responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return. On receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect the products. If liability is accepted we will refund you for the cost of the goods and the reasonable return postage costs. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
